Since the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, gamers have been suggesting many improvements and feature requests for the popular shooter. Most recently, an otherwise cool gun loading animation has become a target for players, who have demanded that the developer remove the feature from the game.
Many players have complained that in small maps such as the Rust Zone and the Freight Dock, the respawn gun loading animation can easily expose players to enemy fire, resulting in unnecessary deaths.
Some players have suggested a solution: a quick double-tap on the “Y” or “triangle” button on the joystick can stop the animation completely. Despite this, players are still baffled by the animation playing every time they respawn.
