Next month marks the 25th anniversary of Rockstar Games, and with the announcement of the first trailer for the new game in early December, R-Star is thanking gamers around the globe for giving them the opportunity to create a game they are truly passionate about.
Grand Theft Auto is a series of crime games created by Rockstar Games, with the first installment being Grand Theft Auto, released in 1997. The previous installment, GTA 5, was released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2013, and was then ported to Windows, Xbox One, and PS4 in 2014.In 2022, Rockstar Games released a remastered version of Grand Theft Auto 5 for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, primarily bringing new performance options and enhanced visuals to the game.
In the GTA series, players have the freedom to decide when and how missions take place to advance the storyline, as well as a number of side missions to choose from, combining elements of action-adventure, driving, and third-person shooting.
