On April 12th, Nvidia released the RTX 4070 graphics card today, starting at $599.
The official said that with the help of DLSS 3, “A Plague Tale: Requiem”, “Dying Light 2: Dying Light 2 Stay Human”, “Microsoft Flight Simulator ( Microsoft Flight Simulator), Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and other extremely demanding games, the RTX 4070 can run at over 100 frames per second.
On average, the GeForce RTX 4070 is 2.6x faster than the RTX 2070 SUPER and 1.4x faster than the GeForce RTX 3080 with DLSS 3. DLSS 3 is a huge boost to the performance of Ada GPUs, but the GeForce RTX 4070 also does well in legacy games that don’t support more advanced features like ray tracing, DLSS, and more. In these rasterized games, the GeForce RTX 4070 performed on par with the GeForce RTX 3080, but consumed about half as much power and had 2GB more video memory.
In terms of parameters, the RTX 4070 graphics card has 5888 CUDA cores, uses 12GB GDDR6X video memory, and the bit width is 192bit.
